Oysters are weird. But I eat them, and I eat them often. They are silky smooth and taste like the ocean or bay where they lived. I can't get enough.
When I was offered the opportunity to learn to shuck oysters and taste varieties from all over the U.S., I said "yes please!" and may or may not have squealed with joy.
Today I can proudly say that I shucked a Prince Edward Island oyster with no injury or embarrassment! It was an enjoyable experience, and an oyster never tasted so good.
In honor of Saint Patrick's Day, I thought I would share a mock-up of a cool Irish music themed CD and case. Fictitious band, of course. But if they were real I would totally listen to it!
